BUSINESS LAW

typically involves starting a business, forming corporations, partnerships, LLCs, planning for corporate succession, buying and selling businesses, litigation and contract issues.

ELDER LAW

is becoming a more relevant issue as our population ages. We can help with planning for retirement, for medical needs (Medicare planning), and for estate planning, including durable powers of attorney, wills, trusts, and more.

PERSONAL INJURY LAW

involves primarily car accidents and motorcycle accidents. We represent only plaintiffs (injured parties who are not at fault), we do not represent insurance companies.
